Liquidity House runs the Bankroll Facility: capital drawn from liquidity providers and made available to licensed online casino operators as working bankroll, in exchange for a fixed share of gross gaming revenue. Every movement of that bankroll is recorded on an independently verifiable ledger.
As Head of Operations you will own how the facility runs in practice. You will turn a working model into a repeatable, auditable operation that can onboard operators quickly, settle accurately every period, and give providers and regulators a clear view of position at any time. You will report to the founders and build the operations function from the ground up.
What you will own
- Operator onboarding end to end: commercial handover, due diligence, KYC and KYB, licence verification, technical integration readiness, and go-live.
- Periodic settlement of the GGR share between operators, the facility, and liquidity providers, including reconciliation against on-chain records and operator reporting.
- Bankroll monitoring: exposure per operator, drawdown tracking, and escalation playbooks for losing periods so operations continue uninterrupted.
- Liquidity provider operations: capital calls, allocations, returns reporting, and investor-grade statements.
- Compliance operations alongside legal and the MLRO: AML and CTF procedures, regulatory reporting, and readiness for audits by the MGA and other regulators.
- Vendor and partner management across banking, custody, payments, auditors, and platform providers.
- Internal tooling and process design: runbooks, SLAs, dashboards, and controls that scale with the number of operators on the facility.
- Hiring and leading the operations team as the business grows.
What you bring
- 7+ years in operations within iGaming, payments, fintech, or capital markets, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with a regulated gaming environment, ideally under an MGA licence, and a working knowledge of AML, KYC, and responsible gambling obligations.
- Strong financial literacy: GGR and NGR mechanics, settlement, reconciliation, and treasury fundamentals.
- A track record of building processes from scratch and documenting them so others can run them.
- Comfort working with data. You can query, model, and challenge numbers rather than wait for a report.
- Clear written communication with operators, investors, auditors, and regulators.
- Fluent English. Additional European languages are a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with blockchain-based ledgers, stablecoins, or on-chain settlement.
- Background in casino risk, bankroll management, or B2B platform operations.
- Experience preparing for and running external audits in a regulated entity.
